Jaish-e-Mohammad Praises Pathankot Attackers, Ridicules Indian Defence Forces And Warns Pakistan In al-Qalam Audio Message

Jaish-e-Mohammad in its online weekly magazine al-Qalam has praised fidayeens (suicide attackers) for launching a spectacular attack and ridiculed Indian Defence Forces for dragging the operation for long while revealing startling details on Pathankot Air Force Base attack. In the message, published as text and a 6 minutes audio dedicated to Pathankot attackers, speaker belonging to JeM warns the Pakistan Government not to consider Indian evidence. "Pakistan ke Hukmaran India ke ilzaamat ke saamne maloom nahi kyon jhukte hein? Kyon sharmate hein? (Why do Pakistan's leaders bow before India's allegations? Why do they shame us?)," speakers asks while praising muhajidins and jihadi empire created by "martyr"(?) Mohammad Afzal Guru.

The speaker admits that the attack at Pathankot airbase was a fidayeen operation. "Four mujahideen attacked India's Pathankot airbase. It was the night after Friday at around 3 am, a time when the sky is closest to earth, they entered into the Indian airbase. “Ye allah waale mujahidin, allah ko raazi karne, allah tala ko apni jaan bechne.... Subhan allah, Kya kafiyat hogi, kya jazbe honge, kya manzar honge."

The speaker in his address questions the capabilities of Indian defence forces and praises mujahidins for taking on a relatively large military force. "...Hamle Ko 48 ghante beet chuke, mushrikeen abhi tak na in mujahidin ki taydaad samajh sake na inke aane ke raaste... khabrein sunte hue kaon yakeen kar raha hoga ki itni sardi aur itne sakht mausam me koi bagair khaye bagair soye rah lad sakta hai. Aap 24 ghante musalsal jaagkar dekh lein dimaag laraz jaayega.. aap 24 ghante bhukhe rah kar dekh lein chakkar aa jayenge... magar yahan tanko, bakhtarband gaadiyon aur helicoptaron ka saamna tha, magar wo imaani shaan ke saath tazadam ladte rahe aur dushmanon, qatilon ki laashein giraate rahe... unke khilaaf har aslahe aur har quubat aur har asgari technology istemaal huee magar unko aasmaan se madad bhi aa rahi thi aur...”

The speaker mocks how Indian defence forces could not tackle the six "mujaheedin". He also demeans the martyrdom of Lt. Col. Niranjan Kumar and ace shooter gold medallist Fateh Singh and brags about the confusion over the number of attackers. "... Sab khet ho gaye, buri tarah mare gaye. Pahle ailan kiya ki mujahidin 6 hain aur hamne sab maar diye hain. Fir ailaan hua ki ek aur bhi hai aur wo zinda hai aur wo lad raha hai... fir bataya gaya nahi do aur bhi zinda hain aur jang kar rahe hain.. ab itna bada mulq ro raha hai... bujdilon ki tarah ilzaamat laga raha hai”. First, they said there were six mujahideen, then they said five, then six. Such a big country is in tears. They are pointing an accusing finger like cowards."

The speaker misleads the audience by blaming India for Pakistan’s fate and warns Pakistan Government not to be friends with India. “Pakistan ka to wo hamesha se dushman hai wo tumhe tarakki ke naam par nichod lega”.

The website al-Qalam is the official mouth piece of Jaish-e-Mohammad. To brainwash, lure and provoke muslim youths, Maulana Masood Azhar, India’s most wanted terrorist had been using another web platform Sada-e-Mujahid. But after Indian agencies revelation, JeM started alqalam in 2006. A whois look informs that the site was registered in Peshawar of Pakistan in the month of March 2006, updated in February 2014 and valid upto March 2017. India has provided evidences of Pathankot attack to the Pakistan Government. But it is to be seen if it buckles under the pressure of terrorist organisation Jaish-e-Mohammad who is supported by Pakistan’s ISI and GHQ-R or disband the site and take swift action against the jihadis and officers responsible.
